We’re hiring builders: engineers who take a feature from an idea to production and stay accountable for how it works.

You’ll work across the frontend, backend, database, testing, and deployment. You should be comfortable making decisions, learning unfamiliar parts of the stack, and seeing your work through.

AI-driven development is how we work. You define the problem, guide the tools, review the code, and verify the result. Your engineering judgment is central to the role.

What you’ll own

• Build features end to end. Turn requirements into working software, covering the interface, APIs, database changes, and deployment.
• Own quality. Write appropriate tests, check user flows and edge cases, and address security, reliability, and performance concerns before release.
• Direct and validate AI output. Use AI throughout development. Understand the code you ship, challenge its assumptions, and catch mistakes before they reach production.
• Deliver predictably. Break work into manageable milestones, estimate honestly, communicate blockers early, and flag changes to scope or timelines.
• Support what you ship. Verify releases, investigate failures, and follow issues through to resolution.
• Communicate clearly. Work with teammates and, when needed, clients to clarify requirements, explain decisions, and share progress.

What we’re looking for

• Experience shipping complete features or applications to production.
• Strong fundamentals in frontend development, backend systems, APIs, and databases.
• Practical experience using AI development tools to improve delivery speed and quality.
• The ability to read, explain, debug, and improve AI-generated code.
• Sound judgment about trade-offs, including when a simpler solution is enough.
• Curiosity and initiative: when you encounter an unfamiliar technology, you learn what it does and whether the problem needs it.
• Accountability and a collaborative approach. You ask for help when needed and remain responsible for moving your work forward.

You can have a stronger background in one area. You must also be willing to work across the stack and take responsibility for the complete feature.

AI use is a core requirement. Every change must still be understood, reviewed, and tested appropriately.

We value steady delivery, maintainable code, and working software. When something breaks, we expect you to investigate, communicate, and help resolve it.
