Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. We retain rights to showcase work in our portfolio.

We retain rights to:

• Showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Use project learnings for future projects
• Reference project experience in proposals

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, business strategies, and project details. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.

8. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty period for all deliverables. During this period, we will fix any bugs or issues related to our work at no additional cost.

9. Project Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• We deliver all completed work
• Intellectual property rights transfer as agreed

10. Communication

We maintain regular communication throughout projects via email, phone, and project management tools. Response times are typically within 24 hours during business days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
