The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can turn complex requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually strong digital experiences.

You will own the design process across web and mobile products—from research and user flows to polished interfaces, prototypes, design systems, and developer handoff. You should be comfortable using AI to accelerate exploration and production without compromising judgment, originality, accessibility, or quality.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end UI/UX process for web, mobile, ERP, and e-commerce products.
  • Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces.
  • Use AI-assisted tools for research synthesis, ideation, content exploration, rapid prototyping, and design variations.
  • Validate AI-generated work for accuracy, originality, accessibility, licensing, and brand consistency.
  • Build and maintain reusable design systems, components, typography, colour rules, and interaction patterns.
  • Design responsive interfaces for complex dashboards, workflows, forms, and data-heavy products.
  • Create supporting illustrations, icons, graphics, and lightweight motion assets when required.
  • Use prototypes and usability feedback to test assumptions and improve designs.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear specifications, organised source files, and implementation-ready developer handoffs.
  • Review implemented interfaces and ensure the shipped product matches the approved design.
  • Document reusable design patterns and AI workflows to help the team work consistently.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional product, UI/UX, or digital design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped web or mobile products—not only visual concepts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, typography, colour, and layout.
  • Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, SaaS products, ERP systems, or e-commerce experiences.
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted design tools while maintaining human review and creative control.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Ability to explain design decisions using user needs, business goals, and evidence.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organisation, and ownership.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers and work within technical constraints.

Good to Have

  • Motion-design experience with After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools.
  • Experience with AI image, video, prototyping, or research tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience designing for B2B, manufacturing, ERP, or operational software.
  • Understanding of product analytics, conversion optimisation, and usability testing.
  • Experience creating reusable templates and documented design processes.

Responsible AI Expectations

  • Never upload confidential client or company information to unapproved AI tools.
  • Treat AI-generated output as a draft requiring human review.
  • Check generated assets for accuracy, bias, licensing, originality, and brand fit.
  • Document reusable prompts and workflows instead of keeping knowledge with one person.
  • Be able to explain and defend the final design independently of the AI used to create it.

Work Details

  • Schedule: Day shift, fixed schedule
  • Work arrangement: Primarily in-person, with potential remote flexibility
  • Locations: Phagwara or Chandigarh, Punjab
  • Expected start: As soon as possible
