Performance Marketing Executive

Location : On-Site
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience : 0–2 years (Freshers with hands-on campaign projects are welcome)

Tech Inject is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, run, measure, and improve paid acquisition campaigns. The role is accountable for qualified leads and commercial outcomes—not impressions or clicks alone.

You will work across campaign strategy, creative testing, landing pages, tracking, reporting, and optimisation for Tech Inject and selected client accounts.

What you will do

  • Set up and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, including audience, keyword, placement, budget, and bidding decisions.
  • Build clear campaign structures and run controlled tests across offers, audiences, copy, creative, and landing pages.
  • Implement and verify measurement using GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad-platform pixels, conversion events, and UTM standards.
  • Monitor spend, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, and return on ad spend; identify why performance changed and recommend the next action.
  • Work with design, content, sales, and web teams to improve creative, forms, landing pages, and lead follow-up quality.
  • Maintain accurate dashboards, weekly insights, experiment logs, and budget pacing without hiding weak results behind vanity metrics.
  • Use AI tools for research, variations, analysis, and workflow acceleration while checking claims, numbers, brand fit, and platform compliance.

What we are looking for

  • 0–2 years of relevant performance marketing experience. Freshers may apply with a strong certification project, internship, freelance campaign, or personal experiment.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and spreadsheet-based analysis.
  • Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, bidding, conversion tracking, attribution limits, landing-page conversion, and creative testing.
  • Comfort with numbers and the discipline to reconcile spend and conversion data before drawing conclusions.
  • Clear written communication and the ability to turn campaign data into a concise decision or next experiment.
  • Ownership mindset: flag tracking gaps, budget risks, disapproved ads, and poor-quality leads early.

What good performance looks like

  • Tracking is tested before spend is scaled, and campaign naming, UTMs, budgets, and experiment notes stay clean.
  • Weekly reporting explains business outcomes, changes, and next actions rather than copying platform metrics.
  • Lead quality and conversion improve through disciplined experiments across targeting, creative, offer, and landing page.
